About Revolution Bees LLC
Steve Occhiolini and Walt Talunas, beekeepers from Delaware and Chester counties, founded Revolution Bees in West Chester in 2020. The program centers on mead, starting with Buzz Mead, carbonated and fermented to dryness, and a range of Traditional Meads that span dry to semi-sweet, including honey and fruited varieties. The work rests on sustainable beekeeping practices and artisanal honey production.
