Restivo Family Cellars is a family owned winery specializing in Texas grown wines from the High Plains. The winery sources from Nogalero Estate Vineyard, One Way Vineyard, and Lahey Vineyards. The portfolio includes Malvasia Bianca from Nogalero Estate Vineyard at 3,275 feet elevation, fermented and aged in stainless steel. Cuvée Blanc is a blend of 40% Viognier, 30% Marsanne, and 30% Roussanne grown above 3,200 feet elevation and aged six months in acacia and oak barrels. Miscela pairs 65% Viognier with 35% Malvasia Bianca. Rosé of Mourvèdre is made from 100% Mourvèdre grapes grown by Nogalero Estate Vineyard in the High Plains. Dolcetto is made from 100% Dolcetto grapes grown at One Way Vineyard at 3,140 feet elevation and aged in French and American oak barrels. Sangiovese is made from 100% Sangiovese grapes grown by Lahey Vineyards and aged in 70% European Oak and 30% American Oak barrels. Primitivo is made from 100% Primitivo grapes grown by Lahey Vineyards in the Texas High Plains. Wine club members receive four bottles three times per year at no membership fee, plus 15% off all bottle and glass purchases, complimentary tastings for up to four people once a month, early access to new wine releases, members only events, and discounted shipping for wine club shipments.
