The program spans Brisa Sauvignon Blanc and Kiwi Pear infusion at 8.4% alcohol, Kerubim Cab-Syh-Zin blend at 12%, San Vicente Dcn Cab-Zin-Dolcetto-P.Verdot blend at 13.5%, and Seven, a Merlot and Sangiovese blend. Tastings pour five wines. The tasting room opens Monday through Wednesday by appointment, Thursday and Friday from 4 to 8 PM, and Saturday from 1 to 6 PM.
