RedTail Mountain Vineyards,Inc

RedTail Mountain Vineyards is located in the Upper Hiwassee Highlands AVA, where the Taylor family has owned the land for 30 years. Brad and Kim Taylor, alongside their sons Justin and Kyle, founded the vineyard in 2012, planting the first block that year. The program balances Vitis Vinifera and French American Hybrid grapes, hand-picked and meticulously managed. Tribute is a barrel-fermented Chardonnay with butterscotch, vanilla and peach. Highland White is a stainless-steel Petit Manseng with honey and green apples. Gruner Veltliner is fermented in stainless steel with peach, grapefruit and spice. Coosa Gold blends Seyval and Gruner in stainless steel with citrus, apple and pineapple. Misty Meadow is a barrel-fermented Vidal Blanc with citrus, apricot and tropical fruit. Cynthiana is a semi-dry Norton with blackberry, vanilla and cherry.
