The timber frame tasting room anchors a program that spans white and red varietals, from Chardonnay and Gruner Veltliner to Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz, alongside Red Blend, Red Blend II, and Apfelwein. Beyond wine, the cellar pours over 12 draft beers and hard cider, with wine cocktails available.
