About Red Maple Vineyard
A former dairy farm in West Park transformed into something altogether different. Madi Marshall shapes the wine program. Cody Lynch oversees beer. The cellar sources grapes from the vineyard, hops, seasonal produce from an on-site garden, wild-foraged ramps and chanterelles. RMV Cellars opens every weekend with award-winning wines and beers alongside seasonally and globally inspired food by Sara Gonzalez. An outdoor sculpture garden curated by local artists anchors the space. Live music Friday and Saturday nights. The portfolio expands to cider and mead. An 1800s cow barn, renovated with rustic elegance, features a bridal suite, grand piano, bar and lounge areas.
