About Ratapoil
Raphaël Monnier was a History and Geography teacher before becoming a winemaker. Transferred to Arbois, he crossed vineyards daily to reach his teaching position. He eventually changed careers entirely, moving to Arc-et-Senans to pursue winemaking.
