This Central Otago pinot producer crafts wine with serious intention, hand-picking and small-batch fermenting across 18 vineyard blocks to create 36 different blending components. Mark Mason and Michelle Crawford work their stunning 20-hectare site in the Parkburn foothills, using different soils, aspects, and altitudes to pull out terroir-driven single vineyard expressions.
