Domenic Mondillo brought his Italian winemaking heritage to Central Otago in 1992, and now runs this single vineyard operation with a lineup that includes Pinot Noir, Riesling, Chardonnay, and a dessert wine called Nina. The cellar door sits in the gorgeous rural landscape of Bendigo Station and operates by appointment only, so you'll get personalized service and can snag large format bottles if you're feeling fancy.
