Laura Di Battista established Querceto di Castellina in 1998 with sustainability woven into the work from day one. The estate hand-crafts Chianti Classico and Sangiovese across a portfolio that includes L'aura, Sei, Podalirio, Furtivo, Livia, Jac IGT Toscana, and Venti IGT Toscana. Certified organic since 2012, the program sits in Querceto, Toscana, where restored 15th-century apartments are available. The LIVIA Wine & Cheese Bar, tasting experiences, and cooking classes complete the offering.
