Guided experience through a thoughtfully chosen wine, cheese and charcuterie pairing while learning Progeny Winery history and enjoying mountaintop views. Chef John Gerber selected exceptional tableside pairings to complement four limited-production wines, including the latest release of Estate Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon.

Educational experience featuring a five vintage vertical tasting of Estate Cabernet Sauvignon, guiding guests through varying degrees of Mount Veeder and Napa Valley growing patterns. Wines are accompanied by artisanal cheeses, charcuterie, and seasonal bites from Estate Chefs, designed for Mountain Cabernet collectors and enthusiasts.
Al Fresco Picnic Tasting Experience

Seasonally offered May-October. Take a stroll through estate vineyards to a secluded cove nestled amongst oak trees. Enjoy signature wines with breathtaking vineyard views and Mount Veeder landscape, accompanied by a countryside picnic spread of suggested pairings from Estate Chef John Gerber. Offered Thursday, Friday & Saturday.
