Christian Pleil manages the program across eighteen hectares in Wolkersdorf im Weinviertel. His training at Weinbauschule Klosterneuburg, followed by internships in Germany, California, South Africa, and Australia, informs a portfolio anchored by Grüner Veltliner, which occupies nearly half the vineyard. Zweigelt comprises fifteen percent. The cellar produces nine hundred to a thousand hectoliters annually, working with Chardonnay, Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Merlot, and PIWI varieties alongside the Blütenmuskateller, which has won the variety award at PIWI AUSTRIA WEINPREIS twice. Certified Nachhaltig Austria for sustainable practice and classified as a model operation under Weinviertel quality standards.
