About Platt Vineyard
Platt Vineyard in Windsor launched in 2022, drawing on a vineyard planted in 2003 and 2004 by Lewis E. Platt. The first vintage under the Platt name arrived in 2023, with official release in fall of 2025. Thomas Rivers Brown and Christian Seely lead the program. Brown consults on winemaking. Seely has managed the AXA Millésimes portfolio of vineyards since 2001. The house produces Pinot Noir and Chardonnay in Estate and Reserve tiers. The vineyard is located near the Pacific Ocean. Tastings at the room require reservations.
Tasting Experiences
The Serendipity Flight
A casual, self-guided exploration of Estate Chardonnay and Pinot Noir with a choice of Reserve Chardonnay or Pinot Noir. Seated experience with team introduction, then self-paced tasting. Available by appointment or walk-in.
The Monopole Reserve Tasting
A private, seated experience with a dedicated team member guiding you through four current releases and explaining how location, climate, and soil influence each wine. Approximately 90 minutes. By appointment only.
