Piller began over 70 years ago in Unterdürnbach with a single hectare. The family now tends 5.5 hectares across the Weinviertel, producing Grüner Veltliner, Weißburgunder, Rivaner, Rheinriesling, Muskat Ottonel, Blauer Portugieser, Zweigelt, and Blauburger. The house operates as a Heurigenbetrieb, serving wine alongside food. Open Thursday and Friday from 5 PM, Saturday, Sunday, and holidays from 3 PM. In 2026, Piller marks a decade of the Lavendelheuriger program and hosts Hoffest on August 22-23.
