Pierre-Olivier Bonhomme

About

Pierre-Olivier Bonhomme established his domaine in 2008 across 9 hectares of clay-limestone vineyard in Monthou-sur-Bièvre. The program rests on organic viticulture and spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, kept minimal in sulfite intervention at less than 30 mg/l. Hand-harvested grapes become a portfolio spanning white varietals, Sauvignon, Menu Pineau, Chardonnay, Chenin, Meslier, and Romorantin, alongside reds, Gamay, Côt, Pineau d'Aunis, Pinot Noir, and Cabernet Franc. That same year, Bonhomme joined Thierry Puzelat's négociant initiative, launched in 1999. Visitors are welcomed by appointment.
