About

Founded in 1662, Pierre Legras has remained in the same family for eleven generations. The house is located in Chouilly, a Grand Cru commune of Champagne, and works Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Meunier. Orior Brut marries Epernay and Chouilly. Coste Beert is a Blanc de Blancs made exclusively from Chardonnay. Déa Matra blends Chardonnay and Pinot Noir into rosé. Black Jackets, from the 2015 vintage, is a Blanc de Noirs made from Pinot Noir and Meunier. Monographie is a Blanc de Blancs mostly vinified in casks.
