The program centers on Portuguese and Spanish varieties, made with native yeasts and minimal intervention. No herbicides touch the vineyards. The tasting room occupies a cottage house built in 1915, with a garden and rustic indoor setting. The wine club releases four times yearly in 2, 4, or 6-bottle options, with members receiving 15–25% discounts. The house hosts live music and offers private tastings and room rentals.
