About

Solvang-based family operation shaped by two distinct vineyards. Ron and Nancy Piazza partnered with Carmelite nuns to plant Mt. Carmel Vineyard by hand in the 1980s, now the second-oldest in Sta. Rita Hills. Bella Vista Vineyard, established in 2001 at 1,180 feet in Ballard Canyon, carries CCOF-certified organic status. The program works with minimal intervention across Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Syrah, Grenache, Graciano, Cabernet Sauvignon, Nebbiolo, Sangiovese, Montepulciano, and Merlot. Vineyard tours and a tasting room are available. Dogs welcome.
