Peradze Winery was founded in 2017 by Irakli Peradze and has grown to fifteen wines sold across ten countries, at 80,000 to 100,000 bottles a year. In 2024 the company opened a modern facility near Mtskheta in the Armazi Valley, combining a winery, cellar, laboratory, tasting area and wine shop. Grapes are drawn from Georgia's three principal winemaking regions, Kakheti, Shida Kartli and Imereti. The Armazi site receives visitors for wine-tasting tours as well as celebrations and corporate events.
