Bill Kesselring is the winemaker at Peloton Cellars, drawing fruit from regeneratively farmed vineyards in West Paso Robles and coastal valleys southwest of San Luis Obispo. The portfolio spans Albarino, Grenache, Grenache Rosé, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Petite Sirah. The tasting room in Avila Beach opens daily from 11 AM to 6 PM, offering wine by the glass and bottle on the patio and inside. A free wine club offers three tiers: the Polka Dot Jersey with 6 bottles twice yearly in January and May, the Maillot Jaune with 12 bottles twice yearly in January and May, and the Podium Club with 2 bottles of limited-production reserve wine in October.
