About

Bob and Joyce Pellegrini founded their winery in 1991 in Cutchogue. The operation spans 70 planted acres across three vineyard sites, Richmond Creek in Peconic and South Harbor in Southold joining the original Cutchogue holding. A 14,000 square foot winery complex houses stainless steel tanks totaling over 43,000 gallons and six ten-ton open-topped red grape fermenters fitted with pneumatic punch-down systems. The program produces approximately 10,000 cases annually, working across Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Sauvignon Blanc, Merlot, Petit Verdot, and Gewurztraminer. For over 20 years, the estate has hosted weddings.
