Passion Cellars opened in Willcox in 2012 as part of the Domanico Family Wines portfolio, operating alongside Salvatore Vineyards and Cabal Cellars. The house produces wines across two locations, Elgin and Willcox, and extends its work beyond the cellar into oils and vinegars, including balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil. Tasting rooms operate in Elgin, Jerome, Scottsdale, Tombstone, and Willcox.
