Pasqua works across multiple vineyard sites in Veneto. Monte Calvarina sits on volcanic hills in eastern Soave at 500 metres, its basaltic-calcareous soils supporting vines aged 20 to 30 years. San Felice, planted in 1993, lies north-east of Verona within Valpantena. Mizzole was established in stages between 1980 and 1990. Montevegro, at 350 metres, yields Mai dire Mai Amarone, Valpolicella and Fear No Dark. Cascina S. Vincenzo, about 4 hectares at 350 metres, grows native vines of roughly 20 years organically. Poiano was planted in 2001. The program spans Garganega, Pinot Blanc, Sauvignon, Corvina, Rondinella, Croatina, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Oseleta, Corvinone, Pinot Noir, Pinot Grigio and Chardonnay. The tasting room offers vineyard tours, an Icons Experience tasting for 1 hour 30 minutes at €25.00 per person, and a Blend Your Wine Experience for 1 hour 30 minutes at €50.00 per person.
