Partridge Farm is located in Lady Barron on Flinders Island, situated on the southern end of the Strzelecki Range within eucalyptus trees overlooking Franklin Sound and the outer Furneaux Islands. Three modern private units and a Gypsy Cabin each offer panoramic views of Franklin Sound. Free range partridges, guinea pigs, Cape Barren geese, deer, and dorper sheep inhabit the grounds. A large fruit orchard and olive trees are part of the property. Four-star bed and breakfast accommodation.
