About
Parow Estate sits on twenty acres at the foothill of Palomar mountain in Temecula Valley, where nine vineyards grow without artificial fertilizers or pesticides. Founded in 2008, the program focuses on Cabernet Sauvignon, Petite Sirah, Shiraz, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc. The 2014 Petite Sirah earned recognition at both the San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition and the Orange County Fair Wine Competition, where it took Silver. The tasting room opens Saturdays and Sundays from noon to six, with weekday visits by appointment. Wine club members choose between the Founders Club, receiving two bottles every two months at a twenty percent discount, or the Freelancer Club, with two bottles every six months at fifteen percent off.
