Gary, trained in enology at UC Davis and Napa Valley College, produces organically grown estate wines including Muscat Canelli, Sauvignon Blanc, Teroldego, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Petite Sirah. The tasting room opens Saturday and Sunday, 11 AM to 5 PM, with last tastings at 4:15 PM.
