About
A converted barn in Fly Creek houses a winery where everything moves by hand. Five acres of vines, each planted and pruned by hand, share space with grapes sourced from across New York. Crush, press, ferment, age. All on-site. The vineyard, buildings, and grounds were designed and built by the owners using wood and stones from the property and surrounding land. Small-batch wines and sangria emerge from this work. Marquette, Petite Pearl, Vignoles, Sheridan, Concord. The Painted Pail Sangria is notable. The tasting room requires reservations, welcomes groups of eight or more, offers food and outdoor seating. Live music Thursday evenings from June 20 to August 20.
