Joe Showalter began farming this Timberville property in 1965, though apple trees have grown here continuously since the early 1900s. More than 30 varieties flourish across the orchard. A cider press arrived in 1975. Old Hill Cider opened in 2010, producing both sweet and hard ciders from the estate fruit. The operation now spans orchard, cidery, farm stay, and event venue. A greenhouse was renovated into event space in 2019. Outdoor seating is available.
