Oenoforos

About

Since 1990, they've been making Aeprolithi, the most prestigious expression of the rare Greek Roditis variety, from vines perched like balconies above the Corinthian Gulf in the mountains of Egialia. Their gravity-fed winery uses six different levels for everything from harvesting to aging, and the setup lets them work with native varieties alongside modern internationals like Chardonnay and Syrah. The result is wines with serious aging potential that have racked up awards at international competitions.
