A historic winery since 1902, reborn as ODE in 2021, located 45 minutes from Lisbon in the Tejo region. The estate combines a winery, organic farm, and farm-to-table restaurant, producing elegant, fruit-forward wines from seven grape varieties grown in limestone soils. ODE follows a philosophy of 'Minimal Intervention, Maximum Attention' with a focus on quality over quantity.
