About OBERTO AZ. AGR. BRICCO LOGHERO di Enologo Vittorio Oberto
Vittorio and Luigi Oberto established their work in Sommariva Perno in 1980, building the program around Bricco Loghero, a five-hectare vineyard in the Roero region. The portfolio spans Barbera, Dolcetto, Nebbiolo, Favorita, and Arneis in Alba and Roero designations. Luigi was among the first to produce dry Favorita when the house began. The Loghero cru, aged in small oak barrels for at least eighteen months, earned merit diplomas at regional competitions in Acqui Terme in 1997, 1998, and 1999. A tasting room offers vineyard tours and food.
