Nighthawk Vineyard & Winery L.L.C.

Nighthawk Vineyard & Winery in Paola, Kansas, has been growing vines for over 20 years. Founded in 2004, the small boutique farm winery began commercial production and has hand-crafted wines ever since, drawing from estate-grown fruit and local vineyards. The program centers on Vignoles, Melody, Frontenac, Chambourcin, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Norton. The Vignoles Dry carries hints of pineapple and pear. The 2022 Cabernet Sauvignon ages in barrel. Chambourcin Select sees both American and French oak. The Reserve Red blends Norton, Chambourcin, and Frontenac. The Live Music Series runs each Saturday from 2PM to 5PM beginning in April. The grounds accommodate groups of 25 indoors or larger gatherings outside.
