Middleburgh Winery opened in 2018 in Middleburgh, New York, growing grapes on hillside vineyards and working with both classic and hybrid varietals. The portfolio spans Seyval Blanc, Riesling, Cayuga White, St Pepin, Melody, Edelweiss, Diamond, Himrod, Cabernet Franc, Noiret, Marquette, Marechal Foch, St. Croix, Concord, Geneva Red, Corot Noir, and Baco Noir. The 2022 NY Wine Classic brought recognition across the range, with the Cabernet Franc 2021 earning gold, the Seyval Blanc 2021 and St Pepin Dry taking silver, and the Riesling Dry 2021 receiving bronze. The Noiret 2019 and Marechal Foch 2019 also claimed silver. A Blueberry Dry won silver as well. The tasting room welcomes dogs and serves food. Seasonal hours run Thursday through Monday, noon to six, Memorial Day through Labor Day. Off-season, Friday through Sunday, noon to five.
