At the base of the West Elks Mountains in Hotchkiss, Mesa Winds sits at 5,800 feet above sea level, among the highest elevation vineyards in the Northern Hemisphere. The location places it within one of only two AVAs in Colorado. A farm-to-table restaurant anchors the property, its menu shifting with the seasons and built on organic produce from the farm itself. The kitchen partners with local farmers and artisans.
