Single Vineyard Tasting

Enjoy a seated tasting of five estate-grown, award-winning wines highlighted by the flagship Windacre Vineyard Merlot, surrounded by organic estate vineyards. Reservations recommended; walk-ins welcome subject to availability.
Elevated Tasting
$65 per person
Guided tasting experience for novice and experienced tasters featuring old-world French varietals including Burgundy varieties (Pinot Noir, Chardonnay) and Bordeaux varieties (Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, Malbec). Led by a wine ambassador who shares the Merriam family's organic and sustainable farming story. Includes a small charcuterie plate by Field & Farm.
Single Vineyard Tasting & Winery Tour
$85 per person
Behind-the-scenes guided tour of the organic estate vineyards, winery, and cellar with personalized tastings of select barrel wines, followed by a seated tasting of single vineyard wines. For wine enthusiasts seeking greater insight into Merriam Vineyards and the Eastern Hills microclimate.
