Mermaid Winery operates from a 1908 landmark building in downtown Norfolk, with a second location in Virginia Beach's Chix's Beach area on Shore Drive. The wine club program offers five tiers. Petit Club delivers one red and one white monthly for $30. Red & White Club provides two reds and one white monthly or quarterly for $45. Premium Club offers two high-end red bottles monthly for $75. Sweet Club curates three sweet selections monthly for $45. Mermaid Quarterly Club ships two house bottles every three months for $65. Members across all clubs receive 15% off food, wine, and merchandise, plus 20% discount on reorders of their club wines the following month. Exclusive tastings happen the last Wednesday and Thursday of each month. Happy Hour runs Tuesday through Friday, 3:30 to 5:30 PM, where members take 50% off in-house bottles.
