About
Manuel Ferrer's obsession with making the ultimate Malbec from a single vineyard in Mendoza's Medrano zone is the whole story here, with help from winemaker Roberto Cipresso and the technical direction of Diego Rosso. They're working with a 6-hectare plot of ungrafted vines planted in 2006, pushing tiny yields to concentrate everything the fruit has to offer, then aging it for a year in wood before release. This is quality-over-quantity Malbec made by people who literally wrote the playbook at Achável Ferrer.
