Guillermo Cacciaguerra started this small winery in Córdoba's Valle de Traslasierra back in 2009, inspired by a chat with legendary Italian winemaker Alberto Antonini. High-altitude agroecological vineyards sit on this wild granite-limestone terroir that makes for some genuinely exotic wines.
