They bring 25 years of winemaking heritage from Parras, Coahuila, Mexico, and work under the RG|NY banner with a commitment to sustainability and minimal intervention winemaking. The portfolio includes Sparkling Riesling 2022, RG Cabernet Franc 2022, and RGNY white sparkling NV Zero Dosage. Experiences unfold across La Pérgola and El Sótano, with Mexican-inspired cuisine at Casa Carmen. Vineyard tours and tastings are available by reservation.
