The 16-acre property uses sustainable, chemical-free practices guided by biodynamic philosophy, producing hand-picked wines from cabernet sauvignon, sauvignon blanc, chenin blanc, and semillon grapes grown without irrigation on sandy gravelly loam over limestone bedrock.
