A 17th-century château in Blaye that once sheltered the Duke of Saint-Simon during the reign of Louis XIV. Patrick Macé and Maryse Lepage-Macé acquired the property in 2001 and undertook a restoration of the historic structure. They expanded the estate around it and modernized the production facilities.
