Marioni Wines took over a vineyard lease in Sonoma in 2022 and began restoring soil with cover crops, sheep grazing, and compost. The work is regenerative, with no spraying in the vineyard. Fruit comes from Mathieu Family Vineyard, planted in 1995, and from Larson Family Winery, certified organic for over 30 years. The portfolio spans Syrah, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Grenache Noir, Grenache Blanc, Mouvedre, Counoise, and Gewurztraminer. Rita's Pet Nat is a field blend at 11% ABV. Roca No. 1 blends Grenache Noir with Grenache Blanc and Mouvedre at 14% ABV. Luna No. 2 pairs Syrah with Grenache Blanc, Counoise, and Mouvedre at 14% ABV. Maria-Maria! is equal parts Pinot Gris and Gewurztraminer from Los Carneros at 13% ABV.
