About Larue Wines
Larue Wines, founded in 2009 in Sonoma, is family-owned, woman-owned, and minority-owned. Winemaker Katy Wilson leads a program that honors her great-grandmother, Veona LaRue Newell. The portfolio spans Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and Cabernet Sauvignon, produced at 500 cases per year across the LaRue and Charlie LaRue labels. Charlie LaRue, introduced in 2021, carries the name of the owners' daughter. The work draws from Coastlands Vineyard, first planted in 1989 by the Cobb family, and H. Klopp Vineyard, planted in 2014 with Ted Klopp and Lauren Klopp Williams. Tastings are hosted by appointment at the Farmhouse at 60 Bonnneau Rd. Wine releases arrive twice yearly, in spring and fall.
