About Maringer Johannes
Johannes Maringer established his winery in Kirchberg am Wagram in 2010, after training at the Klosterneuburger Weinbauschule. The program centers on Grüner Veltliner, Frühroter Veltliner, Zweigelt, and Blauburger, with grapes hand-selected at harvest and pressed using gentle technique. Organic certification arrived with the 2024 harvest. The Grüner Veltliner Riede Steinthal, Bio Wagram Dac scored 90 Falstaff points. Rosé vom Zweigelt, Bio Wagram Dac earned 91 Falstaff points. A tasting room is available.
