About Manchester Hill, LLC
Patrick and Nicole established Manchester Hill in Circleville in 2011. Every bottle is fermented, corked, and labeled on site, 100% estate bottled. The program centers on Traminette, Chambourcin, and Landot Noir. Traminette took the 2023 AWS Gold Medal. Chambourcin earned AWS Best Chambourcin in 2021. Patrick studied Environmental Science at Columbia. Nicole holds an MFA from Virginia Tech and oversees quality control. The property offers winery cabin lodging, live music every Saturday from 7 to 9 pm, Sunday brunch from 11 am to 3 pm, and seasonal yoga classes on Tuesday evenings.
