Nicholas and Colleen Harbour founded Maison Harbour in 2012 in Savigny-lès-Beaune, in the heart of the Côte-d'Or. Both studied at Beaune's wine school, Nicholas focusing on the technical aspects of winemaking and Colleen on the commercial side. Operating as a négociant vinificateur, the house produces limited-production wines.
