The Madeira Wine Company, S.A. was founded in 1913 as an association of Madeira wine producing companies, including the historic Blandy's (established 1811), Cossart Gordon (1745), Miles Madeira (1814), and Atlantis (1992). Located in the heart of Funchal, Blandy's Wine Lodge serves as the center of the family's wine business for 7 generations, featuring an extensive wine collection, family museum, and over 650 barrels and vats aging fine wines.
