About Blandy's Vineyards
Blandy's Vineyards offers guided tours through the vineyard terraces of Quinta de Santa Luzia in Madeira, showcasing the island's historic white grape varieties and world-renowned Madeira wines. Tours are led by brand ambassadors and include tastings of classic Madeira wines paired with local snacks, set on the terrace of a quinta house overlooking Funchal.
Tasting Experiences
Vineyard Heritage Tour
A guided walk through vineyard terraces exploring Madeira wine varietals and vineyard characteristics, followed by a tasting of Blandy's Madeira 10-year-old range (Sercial, Verdelho, Bual, Malmsey) paired with snacks including salted nuts, cured cheese, honey cake, and dark chocolate. 1.5 hours, maximum 10 people.
Vineyard Collection Tour
A guided vineyard walk followed by a six-wine vertical tasting of classic Blandy's Verdelho and Bual Madeira wines at different ages (5, 10, and 15 years), paired with salted nuts, cured cheese, Madeira biscuits, and honey cake. 1.5 hours, maximum 6 people.
Private Vineyard Experience
Tailormade private experiences including Madeira wine tasting, Atlantis table wine tasting, private chef lunch (minimum 6 people), or private event buffet (minimum 15 people). Available on request.
