Levecke Corporation began in 1949 when William R. LeVecke and his sons Reed and Neil started as West Coast representatives for Hyde Park Brewery. The company pioneered private-label beer programs for major retailers, then expanded into full-scale bottling of distilled spirits through the 1970s and 1990s. Today the portfolio spans beer, wine, and spirits across multiple brands. The operation developed Hali'imaile Distilling Company in Maui, producing PAU Maui Vodka, Fid Street Gin, Mahina Rum, and Paniolo Whiskey. Ready-to-Drink offerings include Beagans 1806 and Los Cabos Margaritas. Since 2010, the operation has maintained Excellent audit ratings every year.
