Les Trois Emme

About

Les Trois Emme opened in New Marlborough in 2004 and will close after the 2025 season, ending 22 years of operation under Mary Jane and Wayne's stewardship. The program centers on French-American hybrids and native varietals. Cayuga White arrives off-dry, with apple and pear on the nose. Stingy Jack's White blends several hybrids into something sweet. Stingy Jack's Pumpkin, an award winner, infuses Cayuga White with pumpkin and spices. Stingy Jack's Cranberry is off-dry with a cranberry edge. Nick Jackson Blush marries Cayuga White and Marechal Foch into a light, crisp blend. Concord and Marechal Foch round out the portfolio. Outdoor seating available.
